Only in it to take advantage of people regardless thier innocents. Told me the Judicial system just cares about processes and not justice. I am a Veteran on VA and Social Security Disability. He took all the money I had. I gave it to him up front and all he did was drag out the case for 8 months then sold me out for a plea deal because he thought I was not serious when I told him I only had the money I paid him in full up front. I had to get that $5500 from a Charity for Veterans that belived in my innocents. I still have to pay court costs which put money into funding victims of things I was not even charged with or convicted of being guilty. He can't defend your Constitutional rights. He can't defend your Declaration of Independence rights because the USA Government never made it a Lawful document. USA Independence, and individual sovereignty is a pipe dream lie which he profits from.

PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE HIRING THIS P.O.S. ATTORNEY. My son was represented by a Public Defender for Driving with a Suspended License. My ex husband seen David Sellers in the court room and David Sellers represented my ex husband in a Paternity case in 1992. My ex spoke to David Sellers and told him about my sons case. David Sellers said he would look into my sons case and see what he can do and if he is able to help my son, he will let him know. My son had a hearing one week later. David Sellers told my son that he couldn't do any more work for him unless he paid him a $250.00 retainer fee. When my son called his office the next morning, he was told it would be $350.00 for David Sellers to proceed with taking over his case. I paid the money to David Sellers for my son and David Sellers came to court due to other clients hearings that he was there for and before my sons case was called up to the judge, David Sellers left the courtroom and never returned. When I called his office, David Sellers stated he had done all this work for my sons case, only to tell me that my son was that DUI Case, I said no. He said, oh yeah, he was in court on a VOP. I said, no, your wrong again. You did all the work on my sons case and don't even know his name. He lied to me about him talking to the Public Defender who confirmed that he did not speak to David Sellers but just to tell him about my son's arrest. THAT WAS IT and refuses to give me my money back. He told my son that he would take the case for $250.00 down as a retainer and never did any work what so ever for my son, so I am taking legal matters now. There was never papers drawn up or anything. He took my money and ran off with it. He doesn't deserve the star I had to give him in order to post this so every one will know how he is.

David Sellers is the man. I was truly innocent and David proved it and got all the charges dropped. If you want a highly respected attorney with you at that courthouse that all the prosecutors look up to then David is the man to hire no question. He saved my job and all of my family being heartbroken.

Very unprofessional and misleading!! Front desk hung up on me and wouldn't answer the office phone. While on the phone continued to argue with me when all I asked was for a call back from Mr. Sellers who I've contacted for 2 weeks with no answer in office or by cell. Mr. Sellers told his client he would be getting out of jail when they go to court June 29th and then tells him in court sorry I messed up. Saddest part is we both told the kids he was getting out and he didn't. Mr. Sellers client contacted me from jail and asked me to call Mr. Sellers to see what's was going on. Waiting for my call back from Mr.Sellers.

This attorney is horrible! We are from a neighboring state and had to drive over no less than 4-5 times! The trial was delayed because he was not upfront about his personal health. He didn't show up for court, was always late - except when it came to collecting astronomical fees! On a case that should have been thrown out based on no prior trouble and many police blunder technicalities - a young persons future was ruined! This guy is terrible. I would NOT recommend!
