I was in an accident in March. After the ambulance ride, ER, surgery, ICU stay and specialists we had many questions. We ran in to Zachary Taylor from Manuel and Thompson at a track meet and just struck up a conversation. After he started answering our questions we realized how little we knew and that we could really use help to figure the entire mess out. We called Zach the next day and asked if he would help us. He (and Melissa) immediately took over absolutely everything to do with billing and insurance. They kept us in the loop and were always available for any questions I had.
