The worst legal decision I could make was hiring Attorney Cruise the lack of transparency, communication and accountability almost cost me years. If you're looking for an attorney who will answer your calls or questions definitely go elsewhere I called twice a week for a month and a half without ever getting a call back. Terrible service and no communication. The office never gives any updates unless you reach out to them first and they are extremely unorganized. Not to mention the rudeness of the receptionist who seems agitated when you ask questions. Honestly deserves 0 stars.
