I called Zack Smith to get a free consultation. In my experience, the term "free consultation" usually comes with a catch, but not with Zac. When he says free, he means, "I'll give you a free consultation, even if you don't use my services, because I'm one of the few law firms that still offer truly free consultations for pretty mush any area of law", period. Our conversation turned into a very detailed information gathering session for myself. And the best part? He wasn't trying to push or sell services to me. Also, I was speaking with Zac directly, not just a paralegal. He is extrememly knowledgable, and confident, he isn't arrogant, he's very professional and personable, and he explains everything in layman's terms. I walked away informed and a sense of comfort, the way it SHOULD be. If you ever need to seek legal help, for anything, Zac is the attorney you want.

We spoke to Mr. Smith and asked for his assistance with a small matter. He promised to take care of it in a matter of a couple of days and requested we pay his fee in advance, which we did. We never received any work product, Mr. Smith has gone completely silent and we have not received a refund despite multiple requests. This sums up our experience with this firm.
