Absolute crooks and a disgrace to the oath they took! Jeffrey and his team were hired by the courts to be receivers in the dissolution of our corporation. They did the absolute WORST job possible. They squandered company funds, hired professionals at three times the going rate, didn't provide receipts or documentation of funds spent, and took their sweet time with everything while my livelihood was on the line. Calls back to answer my question would take days or weeks.. and that's if they ever happened at all. I had to consistently follow up most of the time to get any types of answers. They ended up costing my corporation tens of thousands extra, and caused me to spend thousands extra on my attorney to coordinate with them. Avoid this law firm at all costs, they are crooks hiding behind pen, paper, and a title. Their terrible actions could cause a lifetime of damage like it did to me.

We worked with the law office's title company and cannot say enough about their professionalism, courtesy and kindness. We started with a very simple real estate closing that turned into a nightmare because of a mishandling by our condo's property manager. Paula was our closer in this office and could not have been more patient and tenacious, even working from home after surgery. Paula could easily have tossed this in our lap and said "call when it's resolved" as it was our issue to deal with, but she made several calls to try to help and called or emailed us daily with any news she had. She did an amazing job of calming the other parties as tensions grew. Any news we had that may lead to a resolution, Paula immediately forwarded to the other parties. We closed a week late and no doubt that Paula was the main reason we closed at all. Thank you!!

Jeffrey and his staff were very polite, understanding and professional. I decided to create a trust and put my house and all my belongings into the trust. Jeffrey spent over an hour explaining and using illustrations to show me how trusts work and the reason to have one at this time in my life. He rewrote my will and other documents and submitted the paperwork required to move the house and other items to the trust. I HIGHLY recommend this firm.

Buyer beware! I have a hard time believing the audacity, but I lived it. Learn from my mistake. The trouble started with contact. What began as a reasonable delay due to a busy practice became impractically long between communications and with terse responses. This is a time sensitive, fast paced, industry, but they were not. Typically, I had to contact them daily, and have my attorney do the same, before I got an actual response. The responses I did get left me with more questions than answers, and an ever-growing sense of concern. And an ever-growing debt, eventually costing me in the 5 figure range. I was charged for each instance of contact I made with them, despite their lack of response. Less large issues aside (not that they were small, just not as big), the appraisal was a mess. It was a problem to set up, not that I had much of a preference, but delays and miscommunication caused more headaches than needed. And when it did finally happen, it took so long to finish the rest of the process that the appraisal expired! (Did you know they did that? Because it was news to me, bad news.) I lost all confidence, and the stress of that alone would be enough for this rating. In the end, I paid for another to the tune of over a thousand dollars. Buyers remorse is an understatement. Still trying to sort this mess out, they can't even provide receipts for costs they billed to me. Do yourself a favor, just go with someone else.

This woman on the phone was screaming at me. She didn't understand the probate process even though they claim to be "experts" on it. She doesn't care that I said the owner passed away over 5 years ago and the heirs never filed for probate to legally claim the property for the excess funds. While Florida does not impose a strict deadline for initiating probate, the significant delay (over 5 years since the borrower's death) is a major red flag. Courts generally expect probate to be initiated soon after death, especially for estates involving significant assets like real property. The home has a reverse mortgage and they must pay 95% of what the home is worth to obtain it which they cannot do anymore since I purchased the home in October of 2024. The heirs are not on the deed and there is no will. They don't understand that you can contest to this situation. There's much more I want to say but honestly this gets my point across. I wouldn't recommend this law firm to anyone.
