Mr. Hensley and his staff are exceptional. Shelbi, in particular, fielded nearly every call and provided detailed instructions and explanations at every step. Mr. Hensley's presence for the meeting with the judge was incredibly reassuring. They made the whole disability process a lot less scary, especially given how complicated and overwhelming it is. Getting approved for disability is a test of endurance on top of chronic illness that's truly exhausting in every conceivable way. Mr. Hensley and his staff are calm, professional, and comforting in the face of all of that, and I don't know where we would be without them. They helped my spouse win his case, and there aren't enough words to express our gratitude.
