Disorganized, dismissive, and unprofessional experience. I was referred to this firm hoping for strong representation and clarity through a difficult legal process. Unfortunately, what I experienced was repeated communication breakdowns, hostility when asking fair questions, and a general lack of client care. At one point in the middle of an active mediation (an already high-pressure environment) I was spoken to in a way that left me genuinely shocked. I tried to de-escalate the situation and remind my attorney that we were on the same team, but I was repeatedly interrupted and ultimately asked to switch attorneys. Throughout the course of the case, I was passed around to different attorneys without any explanation. It felt like no one had a clear grasp of the details or ownership of the case. Everyone seemed checked out and confused, and I was left repeatedly following up on basic questions just to get clarity. Things became even more confusing at the end of the case, when I was given incorrect information about the final settlement amount - something that should NEVER happen after months of waiting. I would not recommend Florin Roebig based on my experience. After spending a significant amount of time discussing the details of my case with them over the phone, they ultimately withdrew without taking action. The reason they gave for dropping the case aligned exactly with the insurance company's position, that the issue was a leak. But the entire point of pursuing legal help is because there is a disagreement. In my case, it was a burst, not a slow leak, and that distinction matters. Instead of advocating or pushing back, they echoed the insurer's argument and walked away. To me, it felt like they did not see enough value in the case or prioritized others they found more lucrative. Either way, it was disappointing and a waste of my time. I went elsewhere and got the case settled without any issues.
