Our experience with Chiumento Law was extremely disappointing and financially damaging. Despite repeated attempts to communicate, our attorney Vincent rarely returned emails or phone calls. These ongoing delays and lack of responsiveness ultimately cost our company tens of thousands of dollars. After providing clear bullet points for a letter that needed to be drafted, the final version we received was poorly written and lacked even basic professionalism--more like something written by an elementary school student than a licensed attorney. Even more concerning, the attorney made no genuine effort to represent us and simply gave up rather than advocating for our interests. Because of this, we were forced to hire another attorney to properly represent us. Unfortunately, we were also told that we are not the only clients who have experienced these same issues with Chiumento Law. We expected competent legal support. Instead, we received poor communication, substandard work, and significant financial loss. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this firm.

When you are in a car accident and suddenly facing down getting wrongfully sued, You really need an attorney you can trust. Mark Hall Was without a doubt, one of the most down to earth, realistic, personable And resourceful attorneys I have ever come across. Not only did Mark coach myself and my mother, both of whom were experiencing massive anxiety from the situation, but was ultimately successful while holding our hands through it all- All while having a pretty good sense of humor about it all! After my insurance company wrongfully terminated my insurance following an accident claim, I was sure I was about to pay big bucks to the other claimant! Thanks to Mark, My innocence was proven, and my only fees were paid to him (Easily the best money I've ever spent). Mark is compassionate, Quick thinking, and Shockingly creative at how he's able to get his clients out of a sticky spot. I started with a call December 27 2023 ,for a appointment January 23, 2024. I was asked to pay $175.00 for a consultation. The licensed partner Diane A.Vidal and I discussed the fee of $2500. to proceed on my Last Will and Testimony along with a Trust. She noted per my wishes. I waited and waited 9 weeks for a response. Last week April 01, I went to the office in person and was directed to someone named Bettie. I expressed my concern of no response ,instead of her getting to the root, she in response had no sympathy and yes I was irritated and asked for my $175 back. I placed my trust into this firm, after all that's why I made the appointment , paid the $175 and made the arrangements. Things where going nowhere with the bar she put up and she asked me to leave. Upon leaving I said ,have Diane call. It has now turned to 10 weeks yesterday. I called Monday April 08, and left a voice message to call me. Still waiting ! No one answers or returns calls. Wally Outten. Palm Coast, Florida Continuation from your reply Mr. Chiumento, Firstly, You mention many multiple attempts to me is a bare face lie. I waited 9 weeks for a response. I have caller Id as you also and there are no calls, text message, or email from your office. Second : The office visit was under 1 hour. (55 minutes) to be exact. I arrived at the counter, was given paper work to fill out ( my brief case was in hand and no way to spread out my paper work) so I looked across the room and went to a large table. Third : Upon entering a unknown lady asked who, what, why am I here at the table. I explained and waited for Ms. Diane. Fourth : During the visit I handed to Ms. Diane my drivers license to prove I am the person at the table. She said strange your Id should have been taken at the counter. Fourth: You stated there was physical aggressive , "that's not so". Physical aggression is : causing or harm toward others. It includes hitting, kicking, biting. using weapons and breaking of possessions. I did state that I was irritated but never used profanity or harm. Again I was upset because of NO attempts from anyone at any time in 9 weeks. However instead of addressing my issue ( problem solving) Bettie asked me to leave. I left immediately ,only saying have Diane call. That never happened, nor my voice call mail to your firm Monday April 08. What would you do if you where me trying to get a simple Last Will and Testimony along with a Trust??? This all turned sour due to inadequate people that fail in correspondence. If it was handled in a prompt time frame as being efficient that your firm cashed my check the next morning before ink was even dry. Shame on this firm. Your logo "HERE FOR YOU" , no need for another reply.
