The VA is a frustrating entity and its often takes one less than ideal aid in an office to derail hard work. It's hard to determine when dealing with multiple entities where the problems lie and when communication breaks down, its easy to find fault with the only group that you communicate with. People here have been working on my case for almost 4 years and my appeals didn't get processed in the way one would hope.
