I looked up lawyers near me and this firms address came up as palm bay Florida. I called for a consultation and was informed that a nonrefundable price for the consultation was 360 dollars . I asked how much to revise a will I had drawn up in 2001 but the person on the phone had no knowledge of pricing. She informed me that would have to come later during said consultation. I was asked how I heard about this lawyers group . I told her the reason I choose this group was the proximity to me house as I wanted a firm close to my home address. I paid the consultation fee and then got a email informing me the office is really in FORT PIERCE FLORIDA!! I then requested a phone call consultation since I had no interest in traveling out side of my county. When I spoke to the associate during my phone call consultation she indicated that the firm could not revise the will and I would have to redo the entire will , last wishes,power of attorney etc . The price I was quoted was 2 thousand dollars. I feel Google should not show the address as 5 miles from my house when in reality this law firm in fact has NO OFFICE IN PALM BAY. The address in the Google advertisement is a boiler room or call center . Very misleading and as the consultation fee taken by credit card over the phone is non refundable. I would give this firm 0 stars if I could.
