What can I say other than I was told that Chiumento was too expensive So I started looking for another attorney to handle my mothers probate case. It was plane and simple probate case until Chiumento got a hold of it. I retained Michael Chiumento 1 with a payment of $2,500.00 but from that point on everything stoped it was weeks when I received a phone call from the attorney in Miami that was handling the case prior to the venue change from Broward County to Flagler County. He asked me what happened to the Law Firm I hired up here in Flagler county. That the case was just sitting in Broward County and was about to be dismissed due to non attendance So I contacted Chiumento firm and no one knew anything. you know I can go on and on but I need much more space the final part is that after 4 years of them doing nothing just billing me over $67,000.00 they lost the case and never even investigated the phoney will presented at trial they do not even have an investigator on staff or use. no because I hired Chiumento I have a $50,000.00 judgement from the apposing lawyer that stole the funds from my mothers trust plus the years of aggravation of 4 years of nothing also every staff member that had any involvement with my case is gone so do yourself a favor save your money win your case just STAY AWAY FROM CHIUMENTO LAW FIRM.. I am writing this on behalf of a friend that was in real trouble before we were referred to Mr. Sullivan with Chiumento Law. He is professional, compassionate, understanding, and explained the process thoroughly in laymen's terms. I have been trying to help a friend resolve debt with a predatorily lender. In the end, my friend was not able to afford an attorney, we had no idea what to do. He is 68 years old and has repaid the loan, but the interest on the loan was 3 times what he borrowed. He physically cannot work, he lives on $688 a month. We finally called the St Johns County Legal Aid and they referred us to Mr. Sullivan, who took the case pro bono.
