Pendas law firm is very protective of their customers. Yes your going to read about how long it takes to get money from others post. And how they don't care, believe me they do care. They bust their butts for you the whole time and their entire team does to. Yes it can take up to three months to get paid, however what I didn't understand is that medical bills, and the companies have up to 30-45 days to reply. It's not as simple as hey this is how much we have let's get it done. Most companies have their own policy's in place that they follow (bills or creditors) and they don't get into a hurry. They sometimes don't get back to the law firm for many days and then they can say we're working on it. Also, Many times it's the company or companies paying for your lawsuit that slow the process down. They take a long time to deliver a check to the law firm, and before any funds can be released there is paperwork they require to be signed and sent to them. Once all those things are completed. The finale step is a review to ensure you as their client your protected and they run one last quality control check. It's required by law. No I'm not a lawyer, but I am a client that didn't understand the full process until I went through it. Matt Smith who was my lawyer is GREAT!!! He goes above and beyond for his clients. Pendas, the entire staff is very hard working and great people.
