They said that they could help me and opened up a complete case and sent me to all these doctors that they recommended. And then after I was already going to the doctors and they ended up using my own car insurance after the accident telling me that it wouldn't be a problem, They then tell me that they can't help me and they had to just close my case. This resulted in my insurance doubling now I can barely pay my car payment with the insurance so thanks to Morgan and Morgan for making my life more difficult than helpful.

I wish I had better things to say about the biggest personal injury firm. My auto accident case took nearly 2 years to settle. During that time, my legal team contacts changed many times and it was truly difficult to get a status update from anyone. They encourage use of their app for messaging the legal team but the app frequently logged me out and, when I logged back in, it usually couldn't find my case. I stopped sending messages because, after a while, no one would even respond. I had a quick phone preparation for my deposition which didn't prepare me for some questions on discovery documents that I know my attorney had seen. I met him for the first time on the morning of my deposition. It really feels like they back-burnered my case to spend their time on bigger cases. My case went to a batch settlement meeting, which I approved, but the settlement amount ended up being what my attorney told me would be the floor amount they would agree to. This makes me think that they didn't even try to improve the number and phoned it in. After all the fees and reductions, my settlement will be lower than I ever estimated. I can't help thinking that I could've received better representation if I had worked with a smaller firm that would give my case some priority. I wish M&M would've just been honest with me about the level of attention that I could expect on a relatively smaller case like mine. After my car was destroyed by a FedEx truck, having back surgery for pain related to herniated disc, and going to PT and using pain meds for crippling sciatic pain for months, I'm truly disappointed.
