Called to inquire about speaking with a malpractice lawyer. Scheduled Monday at 230pm, no calls on either of our lines(i gave both numbers). Called, told the lady what was going on, she put me on hold for about 5 minutes and then hung up the phone. Put a request online immediately after. Still no communication. Communication is the VERY least thing a business can excel at. This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a law firm (and ive had morgan and morgan), if they can't even communicate, juat imagine what else they cant do right. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this firm. If you guys didnt want to hear more about my case or did not want to take it, all you had to do was say so and we would of parted ways on a friendly note. But a firm this size hanging up on me for absolutely no reason? And then no response on the website? You would think an elementary school child ran this company from the front. Horrible customer service. Karma karma karma. LP
