We hired this firm in January 2022 for a slip and fall. Needless to say we are still fighting and not 100% due to the defendant. We have had 5 or 6 attorneys since that time. My 81 year old mother has been passed around like stale bread no one wants. If you didn't want the case why did you take it? We finally got a good attorney who was making progress and we were in pre settlement. Haven't heard from them in 4 weeks so she decided to call. Attorney we had left the firm and no one bothered to be professional and notify her. Called many times yesterday only to get a case worker who answers the phone and get the run around.
