Forever grateful for Attorney Stanley Plappert Abby and Dakota as well. They worked tirelessly to get justice for us on a PI case. 5 stars to Attorney Melissa Thibeault for allowing me a peace of mind finally! It has almost been a year since the death of my children's father and to have to fight an individual with no legal rights to my children over MY CHILDREN has caused me major anxiety to say the least. I tried resolving this case on my own but quickly realized I needed a legal professional for my case. I thank GOD for placing Melissa in my path. She's knowledgeable, professional and a calm spirited person and she fought for me and the outcome was definitely in my favor and I appreciate that more than she will ever know. Melissa kept me informed every step of the way, gave me assurance and did not allow me to settle in my case for just anything. Daniel was my attorney and helped me achieve my desired result. Jessica was very helpful and communicative but did not come in until later in the process. Daniel was very good about getting back to me with emails and phone calls, something which I hear attorneys are not good at doing! Hopefully I'll never need an attorney again but would use them again! Double check the subtraction in your invoices as I found multiple errors in subtraction on statements, always in favor of the law firm!

I had a very disappointing experience. The person I spoke with was dismissive and arrogant from the start. Instead of trying to understand why I was calling, they immediately assumed I was asking for free services or something "without a retainer," which wasn't the case at all. I simply called to ask a question about the type of legal advocacy group they are, for a matter that's causing someone harm. When I tried to clarify, the representative became louder and said they couldn't understand me -- . It felt unprofessional and rude, especially since I remained calm and respectful during the call.
