highly recommend Katherine Bennett. I got a arrested yet again and of course was scared out of my mind. Miss Bennett and the rest of the team eased my mind about the whole process. In 08 He told me I should take the plea to a DUI because there wasn't much hope going to trial. I took the plea, after taking it and being sentenced he looked at me (while in front of his other client) shook my hand and said I wish you would have fought this I think we could have beat it then wished me good luck. I was transported to another county for my VOP in which the judge asked me why I took the plea. He advised me my probation officer told him to review the footage in which I had passed my field sobriety test. I knew I passed it and I knew I wasn't intoxicated at the time of but due to the way Ramputi played it off and considering I had paid him assuming he would have my best interest in mind I took the plea and thus was also guilty for my violation of probation which could have been beaten had I not taken the plea. He and his buddy Graves leave a lot to be desired. If you're looking for a quality lawyer I recommend James Tarquin.

A+ experience. Mr. Ramputti may not come off as the young maverick he once was but he is still very Tom Cruise: Top Gun in my opinion. Truth matters in every and all cases. - The gun didn't win the fight. - The sword didn't win the fight. - The knife didn't win the fight. - The fists didn't win the fight. - The pen didn't even win the fight. The truth won the fight and Mr. Ramputti displayed it without any hesitation and without a doubt. I highly recommend him and his team.

I wouldn't recommend Kathryn Bennett as a lawyer. She didn't use the professional skill of communication with me -if I had known more of my available options early on, I probably wouldn't have the lifelong consequences I have now. It pays to hire the best go with Bill.
