Update: I want to clarify the facts in response to Victor Musleh's public reply. 1. Direct Contact via Facebook: Before posting his public response, Victor J. Musleh personally contacted me via Facebook, attempting to pressure me to remove my review. He falsely claimed that I never spoke with attorney Kelly Musleh, despite the fact that I did speak directly with Kelly, who dismissed my request for a second opinion after very clearly identifying herself on the phone as KELLY. 2. Misrepresentation of Ethics Rules: Victor Musleh cited Rule 4-4.2 of the Florida Rules of Professional Conduct to justify refusing my request. This rule is intended to prevent attorneys from interfering with a client's existing legal representation. However, seeking a second opinion is a lawful right and does not constitute interference. His use of the rule to dismiss me and avoid providing guidance is/was misleading and incorrect. 3. Pattern of Unprofessional Conduct: His actions -- both via private Facebook messages and public reply -- constitute an attempt to intimidate and gaslight me into removing a truthful review, while misrepresenting the law and my communications with his firm. My review is entirely factual and accurately reflects my experience attempting to obtain guidance from their firm. This update is to correct misrepresentations in Victor Musleh's response and clarify the truth for anyone reading. ------------------------------------------------ I recently called Musleh Law Firm seeking a second opinion on my personal injury case. I explained that I already had an attorney but was uncomfortable with how they were handling the case and was looking for a second opinion. I have every right as a client to seek a new attorney if I feel my current one isn't representing me the way I need. However, instead of listening to my concerns or explaining how they could potentially step in, I was immediately told that they "couldn't touch the case" if I had signed a contract with another attorney. That statement is not accurate under Florida law. Clients always have the right to terminate representation and hire a new attorney at any time. The original attorney may assert a lien for fees or costs related to the work they've already done, but that is handled between the attorneys and comes out of the recovery--not out of the client's pocket separately. It is frustrating to be dismissed so quickly when I was looking for clarity and considering switching firms because I don't feel protected or properly represented where I am. A more professional and accurate response would have been to explain the process (including how liens work) and give me the information I needed to make an informed decision. Kelly specifically is not a helpful attorney to reach out to if you're looking for someone to actually help you out of a bad situation with another failing attorney along with a personal injury case. For anyone else in my position: don't let a firm tell you that you are stuck if you've signed a contingency fee contract. Under Florida law, clients always maintain the right to change attorneys if they're not comfortable with their representation.

Not only did they secure approval from the insurance company for my second and third surgeries, but they also tracked down my lost wages and so much more.
