I reached out to Meldon Law on October 10th by email with details about my auto accident case, hoping to see if they'd be willing to take it on. As of October 24th, I haven't received any response or acknowledgment. Even a quick reply to confirm receipt or let me know they weren't able to take the case would have been appreciated. Communication and professionalism make a big difference when someone is looking for help during a stressful time, and unfortunately, I didn't experience that here.
