James Tarquin is the best attorney I've ever met! He took my grandson's case and was very thorough in explaining everything involved. He can write a motion that cannot be beat. The charges were dismissed, end of case! He will be our forever attorney. He truly believes in what he does. If you need someone in your corner, he is the one! Mark is also badass! Not happy with how my daughter's case was handled. She did have 4 charges one being a felony for a vape pen that had synthetic marijuana. He pled Out the felony, which is great, but then she was nailed for all 3 other charges. She was assured she would get a BPO. Then when she didn't, they said oh, we don't have control over what the state of Florida does. We paid him $5000 to not even show up in court but one day. I'm not saying there wasn't paperwork involved but I'm sure a public defender could've done the same thing and saved $5000
