Herb and his staff were absolutely fantastic to deal with. I had a complicated case, and a lot of angry creditors. The entire staff treated with me with professionalism and kindness. They walked me through a very tough time in my life, seeing me through to the other side. Even where areas that didn't fall into there purview, Herb would regularly contact me to make sure all was well. Always available to answer any questions I had, his rates were more than fair. Thank you Herb, Kayla and Michelle for taking me through a horrible time in my life, and seeing me through it!

My initial experience was okay , I found that Herbert wasn't that personable. I knew within the first few moments in meeting with him that we weren't going to use him. The simple fact that he did not introduce himself nor shook our hands, for me spoke volumes. I will say this he seems very knowledgeable about bankruptcy issues.

Mr Williams is very detailed oriented. When I was at my lowest point in my life, he walked me though the process. When I was done he stayed in contact with me. If you need a bankruptcy attorney Herbert Williams is the attorney you need to talk to.

The true test in a bankruptcy attorney and how he has handled your bankruptcy is in the many years to follow. Mr. Williams was very nice and helped a recently divorced mom of many children. BUT, after 17 years, my bankruptcy has come back to haunt me. My attorney advised me to "reaffirm" a mortgage that my ex-husband and I had allowed a buyer to assume on a home we sold. Now that owner, of the home I sold over 17 years ago, has stopped paying the mortgage and it is on my credit as a "foreclosure" . I don't own the home! After talking to many attorneys for advice, they have all asked me: "Why didn't your bankruptcy attorney include this in your bankruptcy?" "He was not looking out for your interests". Over and over again I hear the same thing. If you decide to go through the process of a bankruptcy, go for the jugular, clear everything off your name and don't hire "a nice guy". The ONLY reason I'm posting this is that I have saved thousands of dollars by reading people's posts by steering clear of certain services.

I am taking back every word that was negative and turing it in a positive! Talking to Mr. Herbert about my issues that was going to hurt my case that was a big miscommunication. Mr Herbert pulled though for me and gave me what he and his staff promised in representing my case and for that I am grateful and respect and would recommend him helping anyone in need. Thank you Mr. Herbert for all your help!
