I started with this firm to get help with filing for Social Security disability... Most importantly...you will not deal with Miss Henry at all. Even if you have direct questions for her, she will not return your call. You will be directed to Tina. Secondly, you deal with her assistant Tina, which is rude, and doesn't ever have an answer and will always have to call you back. (that's concerning in itself considering the role she's in) then when you call back to follow up... (because Tina doesn't return calls)you really get the attitude from the secretary. My personal feeling..I was not ever welcomed when I called or had to go into the office from the staff. they would just ask what can I help you with? I felt uncomfortable as a man working with this firm..the staff at this firm seems very delicate and sensitive.. if you have any questions about the disability process( for some of us, we've never been through this, so we have questions) this firm seems to be too busy to help you answer questions or spend any time with you.. lastly, and I feel most importantly. when I finally got my court hearing, I had an attorney that I've never talked to, never dealt with or worked with in the past..when talking to the judge. The attorney had none of the information ready and available that the judge asked for. I had to personally look it up myself through my notes while talking to the judge, while the attorney just sat there, I had to ask the attorney to help me get the information The judge asked for. The The attorney that Miss HENRY assigned to my case was was not able to find the information in a timely manner so the judge just moved on.. thankfully my case/disability were strong enough I didn't need any additional information from the attorney to get my approval. In closing, I called a couple of times to talk with Miss HENRY about my poor experience with her firm... her secretary took messages and I have not heard back from anyone nearly a year later... it's not a coincidence it's the service that you will receive from this firm.. it's not personal it's just making money. This firm is obviously not customer focused just money driven.. I want to point out that the queen joker can respond to a review in less than a day but can't respond to her clients 10 messages to return a call.....that validates my review even further. Show me the money!!

This past April I used this firm right out the gate , they took care of everything , all I had to do was some paper work and now here it is August and I got approved . I received my back pay last week and will be receiving my first monthly check October 1st . They really did a great job just remember to work with them , do everything they tell you and when you receive any paper work , fill it out and turn into to them asap and don't make them have to chase you around for it and it will go smoothly , I had the good team of Tina and Archie . Don't file on your own because you probably will have a longer wait , they really earned their share
