This is my second time using Roman & Austin. I was so impressed with how they handled my first auto accident case (2018) and how I was treated as a client, that I did not hesitate for a moment to hire them again to handle my auto accident case in 2023. My attorney (Miles Hickman) fought for me until the very end when a settlement was made. He was very interactive with me and keeping me updated on next steps all during the course of the lawsuit. The staff in general were not only extremely helpful and very nice but communicated with me constantly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Roman & Austin and would not hesitate for a second to hire them again if the need arises.

My 11 year old daughter was biking to school and was struck by a driver while in a crosswalk. The driver fled the scene and was eventually identified and arrested. Roman-Austin took our managed everything with the man's auto insurance. They made the process absolutely effortless for me which was a huge relief so i was able to focus on my daughter. Not only did they get us the max payout but they also made sure amt additional fees were also covered by the ins and not out of my pocket. Every one I've spoken to speaks very highly of this firm, including my local bicycle shop! Hopefully I'll brevet need to use their service again, but if a situation were to ever arise in the future they will be my 1st call!
