Giannet Law Firm was extremely helpful in getting my social security approved after I was initially denied. The process they use is simplified and user friendly and tailored to each client. Regardless that I am remotely located in relation to their offices; I never had to travel, as everything relating to my case was able to be conducted via email and/or regular mail and by phone. Giannet Law Firm is a pleasure to work with as they are always professional, courteous, and legitimately concerned with the client. Giannet Law Firm streamlined what otherwise would have been a long and drawn out process had I attempted to continue struggling with social security by myself. I honestly couldn't be more grateful for the help they provided in keeping the social security folks focused on my case from initiating my appeal through the final approval. If words can express wholeheartedly, the amazing experience that Ms. Giannet and Billy provided me with, I would have to say extreme compassion with such professionalism and extensive knowledge in all areas concerning the very complex Social security disability and the appeals process. Talked to Billy himself and he was a bit of a strange guy, seemed to want to scare me away from making an SSI claim by acting like me being on SSI was a forever thing. Told me I would never be able to work again if I received SSI but this is absolutely not the case. SSI cases can be re-reviewed and are typically re-reviewed anyways periodically. Thought this was strange. Wouldn't recommend. Edit: The owner's response actually proves my point. They hide behind "you're not a client" which is ironic, because the only reason I'm not a client is that his misinformation convinced me to walk away. That's like a restaurant saying a food poisoning review is invalid because the person didn't finish their meal. They then said my comments "aren't accurate" and then immediately explain the exact same things I said: that SSI is reviewed, that work can affect payments, and that continuing disability is re-evaluated. So which is it? Either I'm wrong, or they're just rewording what I already stated to sound more official. That contradiction speaks volumes. What's missing is accountability. Nowhere do they deny saying I'd "never be able to work again." They just bury it under paragraphs of legal boilerplate and hope no one notices. That's not clarification... that's evasion. If this is how the firm handles a simple review... twisting words, hiding behind legalese, and contradicting itself mid-paragraph... I can only imagine how they'd handle an actual case. The tone and defensiveness in that response say more about their professionalism than my review ever could.

The experience with Gianett law firm was amazing, not only did they get me approved for disability after being denied several times, the communication was exceptional. If i could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you again
