***Latest Update*** I have come to realize I bought my property with an encumbrance that the title company missed. I attempted to call Carter and Foreman back and address this second issue, but I am being told I have to pay a $400 consult fee. ***Update*** Attorney Matt Foreman contacted me today. He didn't offer to do anything to address the issue but took the time to discuss it and answer questions that will help me out moving forward. *** I had a significant title issue that I brought to my closer, Rosalie. She gave me the runaround, she didn't return calls, claimed she was going to have her attorney look into it, and eventually said the attorney was going to write a letter on my behalf. She kept me from talking to the attorney. I contacted the office manager, Garret. He claimed the attorney was going to look into it and that Rosalie should have notified him 2 months ago when I brought the issue to her. He acted as though he was going to get to the bottom of it, but a month and a half later, nothing. I'm still waiting on a call from Garrett.
