Unresponsive. Passive. If you desire attorneys and staff who do not return calls, lack initiative and would rather concede than advocate for you, then sign right up. I hired then fired this firm.

Having been previously unrepresented, the well-being of my children had not been properly addressed. We were referred by family friends, and are ever-grateful for the help we received. Untying the legal knots to do what was best for the children was a complex and lengthy job - an uphill battle! Mr. Lombardo's confidence is reassuring, and his legal knowledge is spectacular! He worked tirelessly to correct our situation, and we can never thank him enough! His team deserves kudos as well. We were represented by Zachary Lombardo in a small claims trial involving a dispute between our neighbors boundary line. My family's long time lawyer left the firm. The attorney who took over was absolutely terrible. Unresponsive and completely unprofessional. Instead of doing a simple financial power of attorney modification he suggested I take our business to another attorney. He couldn't be bothered to try and assit me because my mother has alzheimers and is not able to meet in person for a consultation. I have since retained a new attorney and would never reccomend this firm to anyone. If I could give them a zero star, I would. Just an awful experience.
