My name is Quinn. WORST LAWYERS I HAVE EVER HAD. Never spoke to actual attorney. I was in a vehicle accident that cost me my job and career, my wife spine was destroyed and will ever more be affected. INSTEAD OF telling us up front that the insurance company maxes out a settlement at 25,000 for the other drivers fault like a actual good lawyer would due the rather get their pockets filled fast and quick and screw my family. After being blinded by this bad news I was unable to find any other lawyer to help me. Spinal surgeons cost a fortune 25,000 each barely covers medical damages let alone the emotional and physical damage the other drivers did to us. Morgan and Morgan is at fault because they didn't tell me they only pursue insurance company's not the drivers them self's. Now my life is ruined and I have to settle for pocket change while I'll be paying medical bills for the rest of my life. Cara was no help and only words she stated is it's all she can do. Worst lawyers I have ever had or dealt with.

I chose them knowing that they would get 40% of the settlement. What i didn't expect was for them to get it off the top. I also thought, and this is my fault for not asking, that the medical expenses would be settled separately. Needless to say everyone got more money than I did. I feel like for the amount I walked away with I could have done it myseld. The 4 stars are for the last paralegal I had (I believe over the year it took to settle i had 3) Danitra was the best. She communicated with me regularly and was kind and professional.
