Chandler, P.A. is a manipulative and partial mediator who does not make sure unrepresented single immigrant mothers who do not speak English at a legal level understand the terms of what he is encouraging them to sign. In fact, he doesn't even disclose the terms of what he is encouraging to sign and DOES NOT CORRECT DOCUMENTS AFTER A REQUEST HAS BEEN MADE SEVERAL TIMES AND AGREED UPON, while giving the impression that changes have been made and maintaining pressure to sign. Unprincipled men like James W. Chandler should not mediate.

James Chandler is a stand up guy. For over a year he put up with emails from me and answering questions. Most attorneys will say "pay me" before even reading your emails but James didn't do that. I think that speaks leaps and bounds about his character and not being selfish by prioritizing money over principal as so many do.
