Horrible experience, Never ever go this firm. They failed to put the correct context into important documents, which caused confusion, complications and disputes down the line. This lack of attention to detail led to a domino effect of issues that I had to deal with afterward--issues that could have been avoided with competent handling from the start.To make matters worse, I was hit with unexpected additional fees due to their own errors. Instead of taking accountability, they passed the cost on to me. Over time, staff kept changing, which meant I had to re-explain my case multiple times. It felt like I was starting over every few weeks. Most of the team was working remotely, and this really showed in the lack of cohesion, follow-up, and urgency. Dealing with this firm was frustrating, stressful, and ultimately much more expensive than it should have been. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional legal representation.
