Our condominium was damaged from a fire in an above unit. We met with your representative Daniel Reuteler. He was professional and very courteous. He answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we had. He seemed very knowledgeable about Florida law. I would highly recommend his services, and would not hesitate to contact him again.

These people do not communicate unless it involves them getting their cut of the money. 2 years since I opened a case with them and still haven't received a meeting or call from the actual attorney. I've been doing some research and have been told there is an actual federal investigation going on involving this "law firm". Hopefully that's not the case, but I wouldn't be surprised at this point. They should not be practicing law. I've seen law firms crumble from less and will make it my personal mission to ensure these people are held accountable if anything truly illegal is going on. Do yourself a favor and choose a different law firm. Don't let these people try and bully you around if you currently use them. Remember, they work for you. You hired them to do a job. If they fail at that job, then they should be held accountable to the full extent of the law.
