This was honestly incredibly infuriating. Sophia is a nice woman and was helpful during the process but when I signed my settlement document she changed her extension and I was unable to reach her at all afterwards. Lisa also stopped taking my calls. Michael Torres, the accountant, ended up helping finish out the process to ensure that my check was delivered to me and he was a massive help and was super understanding. The biggest problem with Top Notch Injury Attorneys is their communication. It's honestly quite terrible but they do their jobs and do it well, and I am definitely grateful that they took on my case. Just wish the communication during the entire process was better.
