Received this lawyers contact information from my legal plan. My situation is fairly simple and doesn't require interaction with other lawyers or litigation. They apparently received my case for contact back in September but never attempted to call, I called, left a message with the assistant, was told I would get a call back within 24 hours but never got a call back. 2 weeks later, my second attempt, and the assistant was very unprofessional. Not asking the right questions, making assumptions that didnt even make sense, and just bad customer service in general. After a grueling 10 minutes, I was told to call the clerk of courts. I insisted to try and speak with Mr. Markowitz and setup a consultation and was told I could but he would not take my case as he was not the prior lawyer on file. Wasted time after 3 months of opening my case with my legal plan and waiting to be contacted. All to be told to call clerk of courts - disappointing. Wouldn't recommend by any means.
