I can't say enough good things about this law office. Everyone I worked with was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout my divorce process. If I could give a 0 star, I would. This attorney's office reached out to me with interest in taking my case. After speaking with the attorney (Matthew Graham) in detail about my case, I decided to use them as representation. I forwarded all requested information within minutes of the request and there has been 0 communication between the attorney and I since then. I've reached out to their office consistently. On some occasions, I've been advised from the young lady answering the phone that the attorney has stated that he was still awaiting a response from the other party. On most occasions I'd leave a message for the attorney (Matthew Graham) to call me and NEVER received any call backs. After months of waiting for an update, I contacted the office yet again, only this time I was told that my case was closed and the office no longer has my case. This was communicated by an attorney that I've never spoken to before. I then found out that my legal insurance was billed by this office. I'm not exactly sure how payment is being requested when services were never rendered. I really wished that I had a better experience because I've been super eager to get my case resolved and now after months of waiting for a resolution, I'm forced to start over with a new attorney's office.

Do not recommend. 0 stars if possible. First issue the young lady who answers the phone is not professional at all, has an attitude every-tine you call the office to ask status. What was supposed to be something simple and processed in a day or so still had to call and push them to send paperwork to sign a week later. When having questions I got a call back from the rudest and most unhelpful attorney ever. Could not answer a simple question and just referred me back to the title company. I just needed to clarify if the quit claim deed would be sufficient and if we needed to do another deed type to remove a life estate. Zero customer service

I have great respect for Attorney Rhonda and her team. They have worked on my case with integrity. Their experience is respected, and I know Attorney Rhonda has a long track record and extensive knowledge. My legal matters are not yet complete with them, but I know I am in excellent hands.
