One of the worst experiences of my life. The accident itself was bad. M&M has been handling my case for almost a year. I believe I have had 3 different attorneys to date. The absolute worst communication I've ever received. They don't call you back! I know basically nothing more than I did 10 months ago. I obtained the police reports, made phone calls, they should be doing. Was told NOT to go to an orthopedic doctor after M&M made the appointment. Because we're spending too much money. Was told by an assistant of attorney how much I should be receiving. Then told by attorney #3 I'm sorry we don't know the amount yet, she should have never told you that. What have you been doing for a year??? For the People??? . My advice, call someone small! They're probably hungrier to truly help. The frustration of being told one thing and not doing anything. I'm the one in constant pain! Exasperated by the lack of communication, empathy. I don't believe a word they say!

Morgan and Morgan took my workers comp case 16 months ago. I'm located in Miami FL so that was the office handling my case. I have been overwhelmed threw this process. The attorney assigned was Lindasy Koppelman. Let me start by saying she is horrible. After 16 months she withdrew as my attorney. She does not look after her client. It was one thing after another, had no idea about everything in the case, emails would not be answered, when something was wrong she would say "it needs to be this" for to take action. When I email proof of what she said, she would come back and say yeah but this need to be there. Every time changing things up. STAY AWAY
