A big shout out to Jessica Guzman because when I reached out to her on Memorial Day in regards to my accident she without hesitation assisted me right away. She did this on her personal time, showed great concern for me & made sure I was connected to others on her team. Less than 5 minutes later I was contacted by Carlos Pabon a big shout out to him as well. He responded on a holiday as well. He took the time to care about me & making sure that I was in good hands & getting connected with his other team member. His other team member is Ismael Triana now he deserves major shout out. He not only responded immediately to me on a holiday as well but every step of the way. He is very thorough, his follow up every step of the way to getting me to medical provider to be treated for my injuries from car accident, to the legal representation, to getting me the wheel chair i need.
