Evelyn santos and Jessica Paz were absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, their communication was clear, kind, and welcoming, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. I have never went through something like this while dealing with an attorney when involved in a accident. The communication was horrible, they left me in the dark about everything. If I asked for something it wasn't done. They said they would help with the car and I would leave voicemails and no return call. And then after months of nothing I received a letter saying they could no longer represent us. Without any explanation. I called and called to speak with the attorney to see why and where was he at with the case and again no return calls. I would never go with them again if involved in a accident. They did not handle me and my children well.

We had major roof damage after Hurricane Irma, like most people in Southern Florida. Every insurance company and person we spoke to were awful to deal with. There were some individuals who were helpful however my Case manager Jamaira specified from the beginning she would be the one to contact if any questions or anything reference to my case. I found out through other parties that they withdrew from my case without having notified me and due to reasons not pertaining to myside. I later was passed on messages with no detailed explanation thru members who were not on my case nor my case manager. Various attempts to call, message and text my case manager was made and I was given excuses on why she couldn't take my call by members at the time. She soon became a unprofessional and unreliable and an unnecessary stress they left on me due to their lack of client service and communication.
