After several years of retaining Gregg Weiss as my Attorney, I have never had any problems until now. This Law office continually did not return calls, and I was told that my case was basically not worth the fight. After, several attempts to talk to Gregg Weiss about the case, I was told over and over that he did not have a good case. In writing I asked to be released from Gregg's representation. I requested in the letter please send me any information I needed to complete this process. This would have included the amount of his legal fees, so I could pay the bill; however, I received a letter of release with the intent to lien, and his law office to be listed as the co-payee on any settlement payout. 1. Who does this as a lawyer, he did not give me chance to pay the bill. I have not received any final or know the amount that is owed. But I received a lien letter towards a settlement that has not taken place. But I do remember Gregg telling me that my case would not be worth the money in so many words, but now its worth him being the co-payee if the case is settled. I smell a RAT.... 2. I am sure this is not the first time Gregg Weiss has imposed these threats in the form of Legal words Intent to Lien. 3. I am sure he has never had a client to fight back, but I will.
