I highly recommend the law office of Friedman and Friedman. Zachary Friedman and John Seligman worked diligently on my case and it was settled expeditiously, within an 18 month period. They are professional, persistent, dedicated, and caring attorneys. They posses excellent communication skills and made sure I was aware of all aspects of my case, taking the extra time to explain the smallest of details. I would not have had such a positive outcome, without their perseverance and commitment to justice. Much appreciation to the entire office and staff of Friedman and Friedman.

I hired the best and I got the best!!!! Marvin Friedman, John Seligman and Zach Friedman took my case as plaintiff against a very large Corporation. We won! John had all the evidence collected and medical information ready for trial! We had an arbitration set up and the attorney for the defense settled, quickly, for a substantial sum. John's negotiating skills are unbeatable! And he is smooth, calm, courteous and all of them are very professional gentlemen. The case took 3 years but that is the norm and I did not bother them all the time with phone calls. Let them do their job. They all are very friendly, attentive and compassionate attorneys. They took care of all information gathering, medical issues, billing, and were totally on top of their profession. All are very down to earth guys and very easy to talk to. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any injury case. You will have the best in Miami! Their ethics, professional legal negotiating skills and knowledge are impeccable.

The worst law firm I have ever had to deal with. I should of known better In retaining them after seeing how they treat the staff. I trusted and believed that they would of done the job professionally. They relied on me to get the evidence. Instead of them sending their investigators and paralegals to investigate the case. Also, they failed to pull all of my medical records instead of relying on me to provide them what I can remember. You would of figured that should of been the first thing they would do being a prestige law firm as they advertise. They waited two years to finally send someone to look at where my trip and fall accident occurred Two years after the fact. Plenty of time to clean and fix what was wrong in the parking lot to cause my injuries to my shoulder trying to break my fall. I had witnesses that also have fallen in the same parking lot and were injured as well. My so called lawyer never followed up with getting those witness statements. Just to make matters even worse. While I was being deposition and getting my ass handed too by the other attorneys, my attorney was sitting across the table looking at magazine's and not paying attention to the questions that was being asked. If he had done his job correctly, he would of been stopping me from answering any questions. Instead he let it go on during the entire deposition. Once he found out that the other party had a way to destroy my case he refused to show his coward face to the final hearing. Instead his partner had to show his face for him. Furthermore, I had forgotten and still do to this day that I had gone to the hospital for the bursitis pain that I was having on my shoulder. The injury that I sustained from the fall had nothing to do with me visiting the hospital for the pain on my shoulder muscles years prior to my fall. Again, if he had done his job correctly, he could have gotten this information prior to my deposition. My fall detached my labrum had nothing to do with the bursitis. This is the facts as to why I lost a great injury case and why I feel this way about this law firm. I have spoken to other law firms about what had happened to me. They all tell me that unfortunately, my lawyer lost a slam dunk case and left me out to dry on my own. This is why he didn't have the guts to show his face at the hearing. I had gone to the mans bathroom and overheard the other attorneys laughing in the ladies bathroom making fun of how they won my case and how badly I was represented. I never had the chance to let it out of my system and say my side of the story so I am letting it all out on this review. This way Mr. Friedman knows exactly what happened in my case and hear my side of the story. I which I had the money to file a malpractice law suit against my so called attorney. People notice how they didn't deny the facts. Only for me to call the office to discuss how they can improve. It's to late now for me. Simple, do the job yourselves instead of relying on the injured party memory. Not wait two years to finally wake up. Your firm is the worst I have ever seen. Please be advised, I have the other legal attorneys as witnesses as to how I was wrongly represented. Do not retain this firm !! Please go else where. They do not deserve not even a 1 star.They show to have a 5 Star rating after my posting. Verify where or who are posting the 5 star. Trust me folks really investigate who are the people really giving them the 5 Stars and you will probably see it's the staff and family members. Shop around before you make the final decision to use them. If you happen to see this review after you retain them please go and seek other opinions from other firms. Don't make the same mistake I did in trusting them. They lost my case for their malpractice in representing me. It was so sad the attorney didn't show his face like a coward to the office and tell me how he lost it. His partner and owner was the one who showed his face. That should tell you everything.
