Not a good experience i been waiting 10 months and they always have a good reason to be delay on my case. Really disappointed of this place, will never recommended. I am moving to another country and they don't even care about my time and my case. Stephanie said that we were waiting in one bill to close my case and when I sent them the bill they realize that they don't have other ones updated and it's going to take more time. My case was supposed to be close next week and know is going in to be 30 more days or so. I've tried to be patient but haven't done a good job.
