I wanted to take a few minutes to rate my experience after contacting John Bales team in regards to a car wreck after the insurance of the at fault driver offered to settle with me over my injuries, vehicle damages, and pain and suffering as well as lost wages was barely enough to scratch the surface of how much I was in the hole after the accident their insured caused. It was a very clear cut case of them being at fault being that they rear ended me during a rain storm on the highway. The guy even admitted fault to the police not that he needed to considering he smashed in my rear bumper but it was in black and white on the police report for goodness sakes. They initially tried to deny fault stating that their insured gave a different account from mine then flip flopped when I provided the police report. Once they came back with the little to nothing amount I immediately hopped on the phone to call and find an attorney. This firm has great rates and was so caring and helpful in my moment of stress and frustration and got straight to work dealing with the insurance, providing all of the things they were requesting, and hitting them where it counts with the law which was on my side. They recovered everything to cover my expenses and then some and I was blown away with the difference in $ offered once they took over! 100% worth it.
