We started out with the idea that we wanted to help people fight back against unfair traffic tickets. Many tickets are given unfairly and incorrectly, and if people fought back, they would not have to suffer points or insurance increases.

I was hesitant at first because the person I spoke to first didn't seem to care, but I was pleasantly surprised. I paid the fee and got updated through email. They got my ticket dismissed and I didn't have to go through stress. I am very grateful and relieved it is taken care of.
I received a ticket, but the cop who was standing on the street and pulled over multiple cars at the same time told me the same exact thing I heard him tell the two other cars. He mentioned the same exact speed etc which is unlikely and made me think he was dishonest, Ticket Wizard called me because I had used them before and I was told if I pay them the fee she doesn't think I will have to pay anything after. No one ever asked me details about the ticket and I got the final update on the case and I am disappointed. I am aware they cannot promise anything and I am grateful for no points or traffic school. It was just disappointing being under the impression what I paid them was all I would have to pay and now I have to pay $131 for the court fees. I wanted to be honest because if anyone else is given the same impression they should not get their hopes up.
