If you want no nonsense; Hodge and Snyder is for you. My consultation was straight forward. Without revealing any info, a few questions lead exactly where my options where. No playing games, no promises that there is a case, just pure, simple facts. The bottom line is I was able to weigh in where the company was at fault and where the company had the right to pursue. Although they were empathetic to the situation, you knew actually where the law would stand in regards to the case. Yes, it is hard to take in that you had to be more careful in the future with business decisions and contract agreements. Best advice, never sign a contract, no matter how small without consulting a lawyer review. Bottom line, they are very ethical and not out to drain your pocket - very admirable and trustworthy. Thank you for not making false promises and having me face reality. it doesn't get better than that!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this firm regarding a serious mold exposure case affecting my elderly mother. I paid the $50 Florida Bar referral fee expecting professionalism and at least a basic level of care and respect -- instead, I was met with dismissiveness and condescension. The attorney made an unnecessary joke implying that unless I weighed "8 lbs 6 oz" I wasn't in the best of health. During a conversation about a legitimate health and housing emergency, this felt completely unprofessional and insensitive. There was zero compassion shown for my mother's suffering or the urgency of the situation. Not only did they refuse to take the case, but they also treated the matter as though it was insignificant and not worthy of serious legal attention. For a firm recommended through a Bar referral, I expected far better. In my personal experience, this office lacked empathy, professionalism, and basic courtesy. I would not recommend them to anyone seeking legal support in a vulnerable situation.
