My adult children and I were looking for representation in probate when we found Robert Morris at Barrister Law. I would give him ten stars if I could. He is exceptionally professional, fair, and cares about his role representing my family in this very difficult time. When we reach out to him he replies in a timely manner and is very specific in his response. My adult children had representation before finding him and were very disappointed. From the beginning I could tell Robert was different and I have faith they are in very capable hands during this very difficult process they are going through with the death of their father. Attorney Rob Morris is a dismissive jerk. I am an investor who was interested in a probate property for a client he had been representing for months. I expressed great interest and the initiative to move forward immediately with an offer for the house as soon as I was allowed to visit and meet with the owner. After months of following up with Rob at his urging, he took 3 days to get back to several messages I left for his office and once he finally took my call he was very brief and discourteous, acted like I didn't exist, told me they don't want any more calls on the matter, and hung up on me without allowing me to even speak. The only reason I couldn't make an offer is because he told me that they are waiting for the hearing to evict the current resident which is the owner's sister. He told me once she moved out, I could see the property and make an offer. He strung me along for months and then discarded me like trash. I would not recommend his law services. Very disappointed.

Matt is an extremely ethical attorney! He will fight for you! Do not make the mistake of going to a different office! Matt got all of my charges dropped!
