Unfortunately, this has been and still is the worse experience of my life! I reached out to Melanie Quattrone in 2021 to handle my divorce. And I wish I picked a different attorney. I was at a lost throughout the entire process. And if I asked any questions via telephone or email there was a hefty fee involved. On top of that I have to pay child support to my ex-husband and we have 50/50 custody. Melanie never took the time to explain the process to me and the what ifs. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. If I could leave a zero star rating I would. Women save yourself the headache and frustration and go with a different attorney. I am still paying for the lack of representation 4 years later. I did voice my concerns to you during the time we worked together. I actually discussed them with you on a phone conversation which you actually billed me for that phone call. And it would have been extremely helpful if you informed me of the possibility of these financial obligations before the mediator. No need to explain the process 4 years later. You never explained the divorce process to me and what could be brought up during mediation. You can disagree but, your representation lacked compassion and information.
