Last year I was involved in an accident and wrongfully ticketed. The office noted my issue but stated that he couldn't help me. Gary's team did! They were able to have the ticket absolved and resolve the issue. Thank you for your help and professionalism in resolving this and winning the fight on my behalf.

Hired Gary through a website to represent me for a ticket in Florida. Worst experience ever. Never heard anything, was hard to get an email response (got a single one liner). The phone was out of service. Further he missed the filing deadline and as a result my license was suspended ! Unbelievable. Eventually the outcome of the ticket was no difference than would have been without him. So zero value add. Save your money. Get a real lawyer. Goggle his me and check his background - salesman, turned realtor turned ambulance chaser

Found Gary on "off the record.com" website. He responded to my questions and resolved my ticket fully dismissed. Fee for him from "off the record" was reasonable & less than cost of my ticket and insurance rates increasing. Thanks Gary for a job well done!

I contacted Offtherecord in September about a traffic light citation I received. Unfortunately, The Law Offices Of Gary De Pury accepted my case. I received the following message not to contact the lawyer office unless completely necessary and this case would take time so ignore any court summons. Fast forward to February 25th and I have a letter stating my license will be suspended if the citation is not paid by March 7th, the ticket is now $284 due to fee's I've incurred during this process taking 6 months. I reached out multiple times updating Gary De Pury over the last two weeks only receiving one return message stating he'd give me a call, which never happened. After reading reviews it seems this law office is known to do this exact same thing to multiple people through Offtherecords platform, i'll assume many of his positive reviews are bought or written by friends/family. My original penalty of $158 has now cost me in excess of $440 and a lot of frustration. If anyone has this office assigned to a citation I highly recommend avoiding.

The most awful experience I've had with an attorney. Horrible communication on cases. I have called and emailed several times with no response. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone. No one at this place communicates.
