Helped me both with my VA and SSA claim. Both hearings went well after many years of denials and I finally prevailed. Definitely need a skilled attorney to help obtain expert exams and lead the process. If he takes your case they are in it to win it!

Cons:scare tactics were used while I was pursuing an appeal for the ssd decision. Very condescending atmosphere. After I won the case, I was charged extra fees - get this - for having my old attorney from a different state fax his office... They claimed it was on the contract I signed (it wasn't) along with other 'hidden fees'. It is to be expected to experience interesting and unflattering characteristics within the 'legal world'. Pro: He did show up to the hearing and 'did his job'.

Seems to me Magann thinks he is a hot shot lawyer. His office scheduled me for a appointment and he never called. When I called to see what happened they said my number didn't work it just rang but someone had just called me the day before. They schedule me a appointment a week later, for the lawyer to not even look over my case but tell me based on his other cases this would take too long and he wasn't the lawyer for me. Talked over me, didn't even let me explain what I wanted to accomplish, talked down on me that there would be no way for me to survive and the process would take years. Hung up on his face called another law group and the ball is moving along just fine. All the reviews of him just taking on big cases seems true, hence the nicesites.
