Attorney Scott is a true treasure. Not only does he know everything there is to know about Medicaid eligibility in FL, but he is fun to talk to, and able to explain things in ways that make sense. His entire staff is a well oiled machine. Most importantly, he puts his clients above everything else. I felt completely taken care of and would recommend anyone needing help with how to financially care for their elderly loved ones, do their best to hire him. You will not be sorry.

Mr. Scott and his team are awesome. Sean never made me feel rushed even though it's a very busy office. Anita is also a great asset to the team. Even though my mom had an older trust through another attorney, Sean was able to do paperwork prior to moms death which saved the estate money and a lot of hassle. I highly recommend!
