I have to be honest in the beginning I would NOT have given a 1 star review let alone a 5 star review! HOWEVER when Case Manger Sheila Reyes took over and worked closely with Attorney Mark Zakhvatayev my case moved forward and she was in constant contact with me. Sheila is AMAZING!!!! Every question I had she answered and if she couldn't she asked Mark and immediately called or emailed me the answer. Mark was able to get me a positive outcome at my closed period hearing which was a very difficult situation based upon my personal situation. But between he and Sheila's hard work they did it! I have another issue that has arisen and am using them again. I would highly recommend this firm! Anita H.

I was very pleased with the continued updates from your office. As my hearing date got closer, Craig P. Contacted me several times for an update on my health issues. Craig and I had time to discuss any new issues right before the hearing. He had prepared 31 medical exhibits for the judge. The hearing took about 20 minutes and I owe that to Craig doing a thorough job preparing the judge with all critical information. I could not have done this without Avard Law. Any ordeal that transpires over a 3 year period can be difficult. However, that is not the case with Kimberly Cook and Mike Sexton as they took on my daughter's case of applying for disability through Social Security. Once I understood the paperwork they needed from a myriad of doctors, therapists, former employers and psychiatrists, I was able to go to work and compile what they needed. If any piece of information was missing or needed further explanation, Ms. Cook and Mr. Sexton were there to walk me through it and together we went to work on obtaining it. Kimberly was always available and willing to (cheerfully) give me an update on the progress. I never felt as if I was bothering her and she made me feel as if my daughter's case was of high importance to her -- always having the details at her fingertips. When my daughter failed to show for her first hearing, Mike handled it with ease and grace assuring me that sometimes this happens with clients suffering a mental illness and we would continue supporting her needs in this effort. However this case turns out, I have full faith and confidence that Avard and these two individuals specifically gave it 150%. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to let you know.

What i love most about Avard Law is the people. There just what they need to be and beyond.So many these days dont even like there job and it shows. Going threw this process is very personal and having a team there to support you with no judgments its important.
