Beware. He tried to scam me into accepting a low ball offer based on his understanding of law which was 100% wrong. Look for a competant and honest man if you need an attorney. Zoecklein falls way short of that. Update: I had a straightforward partition matter where I had joint rights with survivorship on my deed. Zoecklein told me I was not ebtitled to money someone else can prove they put down on the house. The deed I have allows for equal distribution of proceeds. Mr. Zoecklein advised that because I wasnt entitled to the down payment, because I could be sued for attorneys fees, and because I lived in the house I wouldnt be entitled to much. He believed $10,000 was a fair offer. I would be happy for him to explain his professional reasoning for that low ball amount when my deed entitles me to a 50% share of the sale of the house. He allowed opposing counsel to present the offer as if the deed was tenants in common. The first thing you look at in a partition should be the deed. If my allegations are not true please ecplain why you suggested I take $10,000 and why you would tell me that I had no case?

They promised me for a flat fee off 3k which I paid to get my granddads .87 acres for me. Originally it was a flat fee of 3 k and had to have my granddads death certificate. I've ended up having to get all death certificates 3 total so far and now they want me to get my grandmother's death certificate and she was divorced from my grandad yrs before my grandad even bought the property and died in l25 yrs before my granddad.
