I ended up dealing with a horrible lawyer in this firm. We came to this firm for a problem we were having with a tenant not paying their rent. We came to this firm to have the tenant removed from the property. We did not hear back from the lawyer for weeks cause he was "sick" and would not answer his calls or give us an update. Time was of importance considering the tenant was catching on that we were planning on doing something. The laywer finally got back to us after two and a half weeks with paper work. We drove an hour to get to the county police station(property was located in different city) and headed out to the property to confront the tenant that they are being removed from the property. We were told that we have paperwork but do not have a court order which is the main paperwork needed for a removal of the tenant from the property. We ended up loosing all our cashregister, surveillance camera, the monitor, all the inventory that was ours to begin with, they stole the ice machine, the small soda coolers, whatever else they could get their hands on and ran off to a different state. We did not hear from the lawyer after that, nor did we find the need to contact him again considering the lousy job he did on his part. We pretty much paid the lawyer to have the tenant steal all our belongings from the property. We were furious then but outraged now because we keep recieving letters from the firm asking for MORE money for the service they provided...i find this hard to believe that they are asking for more money for their services when all they did was file some paper work(incorrectly) once. We delt with other lawyers as well and was charged for phone calls and any form of contact and etc but this lawyer failed to contact us or pick up our calls OR keep us informed of what was happening what so ever, only answers he would give when he did pick up was "sorry, i am sick but will get the paperwork done soon". I would give the raiting a negative if possible but a 0 have to suffice.

Ted is one of the most knowledgeable and sincere lawyers I have ever met.
